Print department

Our modern print department is home-of-the-art flexo printing machines. Every week, many millions of metres are printed in our department. With these machines, films can be printed from functional line printing to full-colour screen printing. With 4 colours, we can achieve full-colour printing. Our newest printing machines can print up to 10 colours at top speed.

In consultation with our R&D department, our printing machines can add a special coating to the film, right after it has been printed. This can add more shine to the film, or give it a more matte appearance. Also, a one- or two component lacquer can be added, which protects your print from scratching and weather influences.

At Oerlemans Plastics, we collaborate with renowned reprographers and the ORC (OPACKGROUP Repro Center). You will find we are the right partner for all your printing issues. We have experience with the most advanced flexoprinting techniques. We have experience with all sorts of image carriers. This enables us to print seamlessly.
